Fashion lovers rejoice! Seven NZ designers have joined forces to bring a little extra sunshine to Auckland’s winter in an exclusive retail experience. New Zealand’s favourite sustainable fashion label Starfish returns to its former Ponsonby retail space in the fashionable company of six other local labels for strictly limited time! NZ Designer Pop Up Store will be open at 186 Ponsonby Road for twelve days only from July 18 to 29.
This collaborative venture of unique and sought-after New Zealand labels will be stocking garments by retro-feminine State of Grace, quirky tailoring specialists MisteR, Eastern-influenced Shen and elegant Vaughan Geeson, alongside rock’n’roll romantic knitwear by Kylee Davis, luxe printed swimwear from Surface Too Deep and Starfish’s own eco-friendly fashion.
Several of these labels are e-store focused, with no physical retail space of their own, so the NZ Designer Pop Up Store provides the perfect opportunity to discover labels that shoppers may not have seen in store before.
NZ Designer Pop Up Store will feature each fashion label’s current collection and will be offering wallet-warming discounts on AW 12 season ranges, as well as collector’s pieces from previous seasons.
“Combining multiple labels in one store is a fresh way to offer a new end-of-season sale experience with so much constant discounting happening in the fast fashion stores right now,” says designer Vaughan Geeson. “It also gives our combined customers a chance to buy from new brands they’ll discover here.”
